Registration

On-site registration will be possible only within the limitations to the number of participants. It is recommended to inquire beforehand by e-mail or telephone.

Conference Fees

Early registration (before April 3, 2009):	€	980
Late registration:	€	1,180
Presenting author:	€	580
Student:	€	380
Conference dinner (accompanying person):	€	50

Please note that registration is required also for authors. The reduced fee for presenting authors can be granted only if the paper has been submitted by February 27, 2009. The registration fee includes admission to the technical sessions, proceedings, snacks and refreshments during the welcome reception and breaks, and the conference dinner. The VAT of 20% is included (VAT registration number AUT32990305).

The preferred mode of payment will be by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), to be made out in EURO (€). Please note that registrations will be processed only if the credit card number, date of expiration and name of card holder on the registration form have been provided. The conference fee will be charged after April 3, 2009. If you do not hold one of the above-mentioned credit cards, we will supply the information required for the bank transfer of the conference fee.

General conditions / Cancellation

Receipt of your registration form is regarded as binding and as agreement to the conditions stated in this circular. Substitutes will be accepted provided that advance notice is given in writing.

The following charges for cancellations will be set against the conference fee:
for cancellations received by April 3, € 200 and for cancellations received by May 1, € 500.
No refunds will be made thereafter.
