This Code of Conduct sums up our commitments as a Group, gives every employee a clear understanding of our expectations, and provides an explanation of our five guiding principles of business conduct.

Understanding this Code of Conduct and living by its principles is essential for the personal success of employees and their ability to contribute to the overall image and success of the Group and its affiliated companies, its employees and their families, and our customers, suppliers and neighbors in the communities where we live and work.
